启动项目 传入pci=nomsi pci=pcie_bus_safe pcie_aspm=off



rk3399的pcie插固态和wifi模块以及jmb585都能正常识别，唯独asm1806异常（已经排除ams1806硬件问题），
测试过的硬件设备有 aio-3399b nanopc-t4 som-rk3399 都是相同结果
